Philosophy

Growing up around Timberline, I have been exposed to many different philosophies when it comes to personal training and physical fitness.

Athletics also gave me the opportunity to train in functional-oriented programs for many years.

Along the way I have found that whether the goal is improved sports performance, reduction of body fat or just increased energy level -consistency and intensity are the keys to a successful program.

As a trainer my aim is to provide the motivation on a daily basis that keeps that in focus.
